U.S versus EU

One might start to wonder why artists have begun to find their way to the USA but happen to forget Europe exists.
Is it that the United States has more Asian music fans? Or is their chance of success higher?

We think that the answer to both questions is no.

To explain it a bit easier, we’ve made the table below to show what we've found to be some of the main barriers keeping the labels from coming to Europe.

  United States Europe
Thousands of Asian music fans?
A large quantity of fan websites for that country/region?
Any language barrier?
Europe has different languages for each country. Unfortunately, this does throw up a barrier.
Can the label find the country/region fan sites?
A lot of European fan sites are in specific European languages.
And come on, let's face it. How big is the chance that they, for example, can read German?

Will citizens travel across multiple countries for a concert?
While partly proven incorrect due to our April Fools joke, it remains fact that Europeans do not travel across countries as easy as Americans travel across states. When was the last time you went to a Lady Gaga concert in the UK while you life in France?
